Postage - British & Overseas

 Within the UK we usually send everything by second class mail (weight permitting). To Europe, the USA, Canada, and everywhere else in the world we post by Airmail. We never use surface - it's too slow, and we do NOT charge extra for airmail, so please don't worry about it. Our postage rates are amongst the lowest in the business, but our delivery rates are amongst the quickest in the business.

Guarantee & Refunds

We want you to be happy. Very happy. If you don't like the book when it arrives, just let us know, and arrange to send it back. We'll cheerfully refund your purchase price. Just remember to pack as well as we do, and get a proof of postage of course. However, we don't think you will need to return anything from our stocks, as we we do take trouble to describe well, pack well, and ship to you promptly.
